Strawberry breakfast smoothies are nutritious and a great way to start the day. Blend strawberries, unsweetened yogurt, ice and milk until smooth and enjoy.
Try Mashed Strawberry Jam
Mashed strawberries make a tasty jam without added sugar. Place sliced strawberries and one teaspoon of vanilla into a bowl and mash for two minutes. Add the strawberry jam on toast or to yogurt.
Stay Hydrated with Strawberry-Infused Water
Skip the sugary drinks and try strawberry-infused water instead. Sliced strawberries give water extra flavor and make it taste delicious. You can also add mint or orange slices for strawberry-mint or strawberry-orange water. Chill in the fridge for a few hours and remove the fruit and herbs before serving.
