Brush, Brush, Brush Your Teeth with Potter the Otter!

Potter the Otter knows brushing and flossing keep his mouth healthy! Parents and caregivers can follow these steps to make sure their child's smile shines bright. Watch the video here.

  • Young children should brush their teeth every morning and night.
  • Children under age 3 should use a smear of toothpaste the size of a grain of rice; children ages 3 to 6 should use a pea-sized amount.
  • Teeth should be brushed for two minutes each time. Brushing and flossing every day helps to remove food and plaque.
